Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm GMT may be processed the following business day.
UK Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.
EU Delivery Standard international shipping: 5–10 business days. Free shipping available on qualifying orders.
International Delivery Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days. Free shipping available on qualifying orders. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@formeshapewear.com
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
